If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we accept returns in accordance with European consumer regulations and the following conditions.
Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, all items must be:

unwashed

in original condition

with all tags attached

with the hygiene liner fully intact
For hygiene reasons, we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Sale Items
Items purchased during promotional periods, with discount codes, or marked as sale items may be eligible for:

unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
Final sale items are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as Caiser Swim cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
Exchanges
At this stage, we may offer exchanges subject to product availability.
If your preferred size or style is unavailable, store credit may be issued instead.
