RETURN POLICY

We allow returns of bikinis that are in new condition, meaning they have their original tags and liners intact for a store credit or exchange in sizes. However, customers are responsible for paying the return shipping fee. It's important to note that any items purchased on sale, including those bought with a discount, cannot be returned or exchanged. We kindly ask customers to try on swimwear over their underwear for hygiene reasons, and we cannot accept returns or exchanges of any items that have been marked, stained, or pulled. Our policy aims to ensure that all customers receive high-quality and unused products that meet their expectations.

 

EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT

Email us at hello@caiserswim.com with your order number to initiate a return.

Our store policy typically does not permit refunds, but we do offer exchanges for full-priced items that do not fit properly. To be eligible for an exchange or store credit:

  • you must return the unworn item(s) within 14 days of the delivery date. 
  • The unworn item(s) must have their hygiene sticker and all tags attached, and must be in perfect resale condition. 
  • Additionally, the unworn item(s) must be returned in their original CAISER bag. If these conditions are met, we will issue you a store credit via email for the value of the swimwear (minus the original shipping charges) so you can place a new order for the desired item(s) or we can directly ship the exchanged new order to you.

 

NON-EXCHANGABLE ITEMS

  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Sale items including items purchased during sales or with a code above 20%.
  • Items that have been worn with the hygiene sticker and/or tags removed.
  • Items that have been marked, stained or damaged.
